My career progression led me to Chalkidiki's esteemed Sani/Ikos Group, where I embraced leadership roles in the F&B departments. Here, I mastered the art of creating outstanding dining experiences and learnt the nuances of effective F&B management.

Swiss Hotel Management School: Seeking global exposure, I moved to Switzerland to pursue a Master's degree in Hotel & Resort Management. This education not only broadened my expertise but also marked the transition from operational roles to educational leadership.

I am currently a lecturer at the Hotel Management School Maastricht. My academic credentials are complemented by a Postgraduate certificate in teaching and learning from the University of London and a WSET LVL 2 Certification in Wines, underscoring my dedication to lifelong learning and teaching.
